Sabir Mohammed is the founder of Marshal Exports and under his inspiring leadership the company grew organically from scratch into a multi-million dollar international enterprise. A first generation entrepreneur, Sabir had the vision to develop new product lines year on year and quickly cornered a large part of the highly competitive Indian metal and gifts industry. Sabir has also used his knowledge of corporate finance to make Marshal Exports one of the largest metal gifts and handicrafts export companies in India. He has over 35 years of experience in the metal industry and is widely respected for his business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

Ahmed Raazi

Ahmed Raazi’s areas of focus include marketing, customer relations and new product development. Ahmed has been at the forefront of growing Marshal Exports by benchmarking it against the best international companies in the industry. Ahmed is an alumnus of the renowned Delhi University and has completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a top ranked Indian business school. Ahmed has also studied metal designing to add professionalism to Marshal Exports’ product designing capabilities.

Ayaz Raazi

Ayaz Raazi looks after new product development, international trade fairs and production related activities. Quality control in the factory is a key priority area for Ayaz. Apart from adding a distinct touch to Marshal Exports by bringing his passion for contemporary designs and an international outlook, Ayaz has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the business. Ayaz is also an alumnus of the Delhi University and has completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Ayaz too has studied metal designing and is an integral component of the design team of Marshal Exports.
